How long does it take?
We like to book an hour per face and an hour per hairstyle. If there is only one person, we may schedule hair and makeup at the same time or separately. Bridal parties take 45 - 60 minutes. If a large party is booking, we will create a schedule with the Bride to ensure everyone stays on schedule.

MAKEUP:
May I send you photos of makeup and hair I like?
We love it when Clients show us their top three photos of hair and makeup inspiration! It allows us to see your vision. Please also include a photo of yourself and others wanting services, this will help us see your unique skin tone, hair length & texture.
What's the difference between Airbrush Foundation and Traditional Foundation?
Airbrush foundation is applied with an airbrush apparatus, applying light layers of water or silicon-based foundation without ever touching your skin. It has a soft, flattering and long-wearing finish. Skin appears healthier, younger and more radiant-looking with this long-wearing, transfer and water-resistant formula. Traditional foundation is expertly applied with a foundation brush and blended out flawlessly. Which ever foundation you decide, flawless, blended foundation is our trademark.
What’s the difference between “Individual Lashes”, “Lash Strips” and “Lash Extensions”?
“Individual lashes” are small, clusters of single lashes applied with a latex-free glue. Lasts 1-3 days.
“Lash Strips” is what you typically think of when you think of “false lashes”. Natural or Dramatic, Applied with latex-free glue, lasts 1 day, Reusable.
“Lash Extensions” are applied at a special appointment with an esthetician and takes 2-3 hours to apply. Touch ups / Fill-ins usually booked 3 weeks later. On-going. We do not provide "Lash Extensions".
What should I wear?
You will want to wear a robe or button-down blouse while we prep you; something easily removed, not interfering with your beautiful hair and makeup. Many brides like to wear their special "Bride" or "Mrs" robes while getting hair and makeup services.
May I sunbath beforehand?
We recommend that you save that sunburn for after your wedding / photo-shoot. We can even out the redness, but cannot change the texture of burnt, flaky, patchy skin. I always recommend wearing sunscreen & hat and drinking lots of water. Be mindful not to burn your face, chest and shoulders.
Should I apply my SPF and moisturizer before you arrive?
That's a great idea, especially if you will be out doors. we do however provide beautiful skin care to prep and prime your skin before makeup application.
What type of products do you use?
I use only the finest cosmetics: Tom Ford, NARS, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Yves Saint Laurent, Cle de Peau Beaute and Temptu Airbrush Foundation.

IDEAS TO DO ON MAUI?
Do you have any special recommendations I should do on Maui?
Having lived on Maui for 20 years, I certainly have a few excellent recommendations!
1. I love I'ao Valley! Located in Wailuku, (near the Kahului Airport) it's CONVENIENT (as opposed to driving to Hana).
It's BEAUTIFUL!! (Waterfalls, the famous I'oa Needle, Taro patches and hikes).
It's HISTORICAL (King Kamehameha had his Maui battle at this location, when he "united' the Hawaiian Islands.)
and it's FREE. A MUST DO ON MAUI! (Make sure not to leave valuables in car and to lock your parked car.)
2. Water sports in the morning when the water is it's calmest.
3. Hiking at Twin Falls in Haiku or Makawao Forest Reserve . (Make sure not to leave valuables in car and to lock your parked car.)
4. Shopping and having cocktails & food in P'aia. A small Bohemian town near the airport.
5. Sip the BEST Mai Tai in the WORLD at Monkey Pod Restaurant, Wailea..
6. Marty Dread's Sunset cruise with The Pacific Whale Foundation out of Ma'alea Harbor.
7. Take a helicopter ride around the island. See Maui from a different perspective.
8. Sunrise / sunset at Haleakala. Maui's dormant volcano. Take warm clothes - it's freezing up there before sunrise! (Must now make a reservation in advance.)
9. Dinner at Momma's Fish House. (Make a reservation well in advance!)
10. Wine tasting in Ulupalakua, Maui's one and only vineyard.
11. Ziplining.
12. Horseback riding.
13. Enjoy a beach stroll on one of our beautiful South Shore beaches: Big Beach Makena, Keawekapu, Ulua and / or Sugar Beach.
14. View ocean life (including sharks!) at the Maui Aquarium, located in Maalaea Harbor. (Make sure to get an ice cream cookie sandwich next door at Hula Cookies & Ice Cream!)
15. During the winter months, take a whale watching cruise and experience in person Maui's Humpback Whales.
16. If you make the drive to Hana, I recommend spending the night and enjoy Hana's relaxing, natural beauty.
Basic cabins may be rented in advance thru State of Hawaii's Department of Land & Natural Resources.
https://camping.ehawaii.gov/camping/all,details,1684.html there are also AirBNBs and the gorgeious Travaasa Hotel https://travaasa.com/hana/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwjrvpBRC0ARIsAFrFuV9RvslN5F4U1SY_zDog_BEwI-4bh2AZar-fG53M_xppwJdvRxw6WWAaArTLEALw_wcB
17. For road trip to Hana or up Haleakala, I highly recommend downloading the app "Shaka Guide" it costs $11 for 1 tour to Hana, or $30 for 3 tours to Hana, 1 tour to West Side and 1 tour up Haleakala. While you are driving, the app can tell where you are and tell you historical stories and information for that area, along with showing you unique locations you would never know about. (Lava tubes, waterfalls, petroglyphs, etc.)
Please let me know if you have any other questions that may not be on here.
